Shipping Warehouse

All orders are shipped directly from our production and fulfillment center in Shenzhen, China.

We currently do not operate overseas warehouses. Orders are dispatched from China to customers worldwide.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

For customized products, larger orders, or special configurations, additional processing time may be required.

We primarily use international express couriers including:

• UPS Express
• EMS (where available)

The carrier will be selected based on destination, shipping conditions, and service availability.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Europe: 3–7 business days
• Middle East: 4–8 business days
• Asia-Pacific: 3–7 business days
• South America & Africa: 5–12 business days

Orders Below USD $249

Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Remote areas may incur additional courier surcharges.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If the package appears damaged, do not discard the packaging materials and contact us immediately.

For shipping damage claims, customers should provide photos and supporting evidence within 24 hours of delivery.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when receiving your order.
