First of all, thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your order. We are committed to providing excellent products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review our return policy below.


Pending Order – Before Shipment

You may cancel your order and request a refund at any time before it has been shipped.

Please do not initiate a chargeback, as this may result in additional bank handling fees and delays in processing your refund.

Our customer service team will respond within 3 business days.

Please note that if the order has already been transferred to the freight forwarder, it may not be possible to stop the shipment, even if the tracking number has not yet been issued.

Once approved, refunds will be returned through the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.). Please allow up to 15 business days for processing.


Fulfilled Order – After Delivery

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  1. Within 15 calendar days of receiving a product confirmed by our technical support team to have critical failures, manufacturing defects, or functionality issues.

  2. Within 15 calendar days of receiving a product damaged during transportation, provided that valid proof issued by the carrier can be supplied.

  3. Within 15 calendar days of receiving a product that is unopened, unused, unactivated, and in new condition.


Shipping & Return Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  2. Products must be returned to our designated warehouse before a refund can be processed.

  3. If products are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the customer will be responsible for the resulting costs. We strongly recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.

  4. Missing accessories, power adapters, cartridges, manuals, or other included items may result in deductions from the refund amount.

  5. Opened or used edible cartridges are non-refundable. Standard and Industrial cartridges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.


Non-Returnable Situations

EVEBOT cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  1. Return requests submitted more than 15 calendar days after delivery.

  2. Products missing accessories, cartridges, manuals, or showing signs of use, damage, scratches, dents, or modifications.

  3. Damage caused by misuse, improper operation, incorrect voltage, liquid exposure, dropping, or unauthorized repairs.

  4. No defect is found after inspection by EVEBOT technicians.

  5. The purchase receipt, invoice, or relevant documentation is missing or suspected to be fraudulent.

  6. Proof of shipping damage cannot be provided.


Warranty Service

All EVEBOT printers include a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use.

Consumables, cartridges, and damage caused by misuse are not covered by warranty.
